These accounts, created within Apple Business Manager (ABM), or using 探花大神\u2019s SSO and SCIM Connector, are required for managing user-owned devices with 探花大神.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use 探花大神 OIDC Single Sign On (SSO) to give your users convenient but secure access to their Managed Apple Account with a single set of credentials. Automatically provision, update and deprovision users in ABM from 探花大神, centralizing user lifecycle and user identity management in 探花大神 for ABM. Save time and avoid mistakes, as well as potential security risks, related to manually creating users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read this article to learn how to setup the ABM integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prerequisites<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A 探花大神 administrator account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>探花大神 SSO Package or higher or SSO \u00e0 la carte option<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An ABM account with the role of Administrator or People Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An Apple <a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/guide\/apple-business-manager\/link-to-new-domains-axm48c3280c0\/1\/web\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">verified domain<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/guide\/apple-business-manager\/federated-authentication-identity-provider-axmfcab66783\/web\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">federated authentication<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>If federated authentication is not already enabled, setting up SSO will automatically enable it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SCIM must be enabled in the ABM Directory Sync settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a><strong>Important Considerations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A user\u2019s email address must belong to an Apple <a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/guide\/apple-business-manager\/link-to-new-domains-axm48c3280c0\/1\/web\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">verified domain<\/a> for them to be created and updated through SCIM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All newly provisioned users will have the default role of <kbd>staff<\/kbd><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is recommended to set your token expiration to 12 months. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card important\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/important-icon.png\" \/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Important:<\/strong> \n<p>You may not receive an alert when your token is about to expire. Set a reminder in your calendar to refresh your token before the expiration date.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>If you need to update your token, you must <a href=\"#to-deactivate-the-idm-integration\">deactivate the IdM integration<\/a>, update the token, and then reactivate the IdM integration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Password synchronization is not supported<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"attribute-considerations\"><strong>Attribute Considerations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A default set of attributes are managed for users. See the <a href=\"#attribute-mappings\">Attribute Mappings<\/a> section for more details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The following attribute is not supported by 探花大神:\n<ul>\n<li><kbd>division<\/kbd><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Creating a new 探花大神 Application Integration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">探花大神 Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to&nbsp;<strong>USER AUTHENTICATION&nbsp;<\/strong>&gt;&nbsp;<strong>SSO<\/strong> <strong>Applications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>+&nbsp;Add New Application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type the name of the application in the <strong>Search <\/strong>field and select it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Display Label<\/strong>, type your name for the application. Optionally, you can enter a <strong>Description<\/strong>, adjust the User Portal Image and choose to hide or <strong>Show in User Portal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Save Application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Configure Application<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"configuring-the-sso-integration\"><strong>Configuring the SSO Integration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"to-configure-jumpcloud\"><strong>To configure 探花大神<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>On the <strong>SSO<\/strong>&nbsp;tab of the ABM connector, click <strong>Activate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy the <strong>Client ID<\/strong> and <strong>Secret<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card warning\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/warning-icon.png\" \/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Warning:<\/strong> \n<p>The Client ID and Secret (token) may only be shown once. After you connect an application to 探花大神, you need to authorize user access to that application. You can authorize user access from the <strong>Application Configuration<\/strong> panel or from the <strong>Groups Configuration<\/strong> panel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>To authorize user access from the Application Configuration panel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the <a href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">探花大神 Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>USER AUTHENTICATION &gt; SSO<\/strong> <strong>Applications<\/strong>, then select the application to which you want to authorize user access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>User Groups<\/strong> tab.
