{"id":122914,"date":"2025-04-03T11:50:45","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T15:50:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/?post_type=support&#038;p=122914"},"modified":"2025-04-03T12:00:48","modified_gmt":"2025-04-03T16:00:48","slug":"integrate-with-growrk","status":"publish","type":"support","link":"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/integrate-with-growrk","title":{"rendered":"Integrate with GroWrk"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Use 探花大神 SAML Single Sign On (SSO) to give your users convenient but secure access to all their web applications with a single set of credentials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read this article to learn how to setup the GroWrk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prerequisites<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A 探花大神 administrator account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>探花大神 SSO Package or higher or SSO \u00e0 la carte option<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrator access&nbsp;to your GroWrk dashboard with the <strong>Integrations<\/strong>&nbsp;feature enabled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A GroWrk authorized domain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Considerations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The&nbsp;email address&nbsp;used in 探花大神 matches the&nbsp;email address&nbsp;of your users in GroWrk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GroWrk only supports an IdP-initiated workflow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-creating-a-new-jumpcloud-custom-application-integration\"><strong>Creating a new 探花大神 Custom Application Integration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">探花大神 Administrator Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to&nbsp;<strong>USER AUTHENTICATION&nbsp;<\/strong>&gt;&nbsp;<strong>SSO<\/strong> <strong>Applications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>+&nbsp;Add New Application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the the <strong>Custom Application<\/strong> tile, click <strong>Select<\/strong> and then <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Manage Single Sign-On (SSO)<\/strong> and then <strong>Configure SSO with SAML<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Next<\/strong> and enter the following:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Display Label<\/strong> &#8211; enter <kbd>GroWrk<\/kbd><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User Portal Image<\/strong> &#8211; select <strong>Logo <\/strong>and upload the GroWrk logo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expand the <strong>Advanced Settings<\/strong> and enter <kbd>GroWrk<\/kbd> at the end of the <strong>SSO IdP URL<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card warning\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/warning-icon.png\" \/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Warning:<\/strong> \n<p>The <strong>SSO IdP URL<\/strong> is not editable after saving the application. If you want to change the URL, you will have to delete and recreate the application.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Save Application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If successful, click&nbsp;<strong>Close&nbsp;<\/strong>or&nbsp;<strong>Configure Application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"configure-the-sso-integration\"><strong>Configuring the SSO Integration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"to-configure-jumpcloud\"><strong>To configure 探花大神<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"#creating-a-new-jumpcloud-application-integration\">Create a new application<\/a> or select it from the <strong>Configured Application<\/strong>s list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the&nbsp;<strong>SSO<\/strong>&nbsp;tab and enter the following information:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>IdP Entity ID<\/strong> &#8211; <kbd>http:\/\/www.jumpcloud.com\/&lt;探花大神 application id&gt;<\/kbd>\n<ul>\n<li>Note the ID from the URL which is just before \u201c\/details\u201d:&nbsp;https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/#\/applications\/<strong>67eea020a2caa4cfa68d43f9<\/strong>\/details\/SSO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SP Entity ID<\/strong> &#8211; <kbd>growrk.firebaseapp.com<\/kbd><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ACS URLs | Default URL<\/strong> &#8211; <kbd>https:\/\/io.growrk.com\/api\/sso\/saml\/verify<\/kbd><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SAMLSubject NameID Format<\/strong> &#8211; select <kbd>urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:emailAddress<\/kbd><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Signature Algorithm<\/strong> &#8211; select&nbsp;<kbd>RSA-SHA256<\/kbd><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sign <\/strong>&#8211; select <strong>Assertion and Response<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Default RelayState<\/strong> &#8211; enter <kbd>FromOrigin<\/kbd><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Copy the metadata URL<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Find&nbsp;your application in the&nbsp;<strong>Configured Applications<\/strong>&nbsp;list and click anywhere in the row to reopen its configuration window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>SSO <\/strong>tab and click <strong>Copy Metadata URL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The URL will be copied to your clipboard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-to-configure-google-cloud-platform\"><strong>To configure GroWrk<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>In the <strong>Integrations<\/strong> tab in your GroWrk Dashboard, search for the <strong>探花大神 SSO integration<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Get Started<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the setup page, there are several steps to complete:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Add GroWrk to 探花大神<\/strong> &#8211; this was completed in the previous section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add your Authorized Domain<\/strong> &#8211; click <strong>Add Domain<\/strong> and add your authorized domain(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Copy and paste the Metadata URL<\/strong> &#8211; paste the 探花大神 Metadata URL from the previous section<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Setup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If successful, you\u2019ll be notified that 探花大神 SSO has been set up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"authorizing-user-sso-access\"><strong>Authorizing User SSO Access<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Users are implicitly denied access to applications. After you connect an application to 探花大神, you need to authorize user access to that application. You can authorize user access from the <strong>Application Configuration<\/strong> panel or from the <strong>Groups Configuration<\/strong> panel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>To authorize user access from the Application Configuration panel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the <a href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">探花大神 Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>USER AUTHENTICATION &gt; SSO<\/strong> <strong>Applications<\/strong>, then select the application to which you want to authorize user access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>User Groups<\/strong> tab. If you need to create a new group of users, see <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/get-started-user-groups\">Get Started: User Groups<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the check box next to the group of users you want to give access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>save<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To learn how to authorize user access from the&nbsp;<strong>Groups Configuration<\/strong>&nbsp;panel, see&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/authorize-users-to-an-sso-application#user-groups-configuration-panel\">Authorize Users to an SSO Application<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"validating-sso-authentication-workflows\"><strong>Validating SSO user authentication workflow(s)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-idp-initiated-user-workflow\"><strong>IdP-initiated<\/strong> <strong>user workflow<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Access the <a href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/userconsole#\/\">探花大神 User Console<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to&nbsp;<strong>Applications<\/strong> and click an application tile to launch it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>探花大神 asserts the user&#8217;s identity to the SP and is authenticated without the user having to log in to the application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Removing the Integration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card important\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/important-icon.png\" \/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Important:<\/strong> \n<p>These are steps for removing the integration in 探花大神. Consult your SP&#8217;s documentation for any additional steps needed to remove the integration in the SP. Failure to remove the integration successfully for both the SP and 探花大神 may result in users losing access to the application.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"to-deactivate-the-sso-integration\"><strong>To deactivate the SSO Integration<\/strong> <strong>or Bookmark<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">探花大神 Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to&nbsp;<strong>USER AUTHENTICATION &gt; SSO<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Applications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for the application that you\u2019d like to deactivate and click to open its details panel.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the&nbsp;<strong>SSO or Bookmark&nbsp;<\/strong>tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll to the bottom of the configuration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Deactivate SSO<\/strong> or <strong>Deactivate Bookmark<\/strong>.&nbsp; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>save<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If successful, you will receive a confirmation message.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"deleting-the-application\"><strong><strong>To delete<\/strong><\/strong> <strong>the application<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the <a href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">探花大神 Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to&nbsp;<strong>USER AUTHENTICATION &gt; <strong>SSO<\/strong> <strong>Applications<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for the application that you\u2019d like to delete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the box next to the application to select it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Delete.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the number of the applications you are deleting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Delete Application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If successful, you will see an application deletion confirmation notification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Use 探花大神 SAML Single Sign On (SSO) to give your users convenient but secure access to all their web applications [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":205,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_oasis_is_in_workflow":0,"_oasis_original":0,"_oasis_task_priority":"","inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"support_category":[2855,2992,2902],"support_tag":[],"coauthors":[2839],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v22.9 (Yoast SEO v22.9) -
