Used primarily by IT admins in Managed Service Provider (MSP) organizations, admins use their RMM to install the 探花大神 agent remotely on supported systems.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prerequisties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Root or admin access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/agent-compatibility-system-requirements-and-impacts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agent Compatibility, System Requirements, and Impacts<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internet connectivity and time synchronization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>探花大神 Installer (Windows)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A connect key:\n<ul>\n<li>In the Admin Portal, go to&nbsp;<strong>Devices<\/strong>. Click ( + ), and click the Windows tab for the connect key.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RMM tool capable of remote command execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is an RMM?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>RMMs let IT admins remotely monitor and manage end user machines. In the MSP market, RMMs let IT admins manage multiple organizations and their systems without needing physical access to target machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are many different RMMs on the market, and each has its own set of benefits and caveats. 探花大神, while not a true RMM, includes RMM-like capabilities for managing, monitoring, and remote scripting. When used&nbsp; with an RMM, 探花大神&#8217;s agent helps admins collect system information, manage user accounts, and enforce local device security policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the 探花大神 Agent?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The 探花大神 agent&nbsp;lets IT admins remotely manage Windows, Mac, and Linux systems with security policies. It also gives IT admins the ability to remotely manage user access to any device in their organization that the agent is installed on. An RMM tool can be used to streamline the installation process of the 探花大神 agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Remotely Installing the 探花大神 Agent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>IT admins can remotely execute the 探花大神 agent install via CLI with remote commands or scripting through an RMM.
