The&nbsp;探花大神 Menu Bar App lets users log in to their device using their 探花大神 credentials and access the User Portal without having to re-enter a password. The user\u2019s 探花大神 password also provides access to the device, software, WiFi, and everything else an IT infrastructure has to offer. The user can also use the 探花大神 Menu Bar App to change the 探花大神 password without Admin intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 探花大神 agent silently installs the 探花大神 Menu Bar App automatically. You don&#8217;t have to remember to manually install the 探花大神 Menu Bar App. If you don&#8217;t want to provide the user with access to the 探花大神 Menu Bar App, you must manually hide it. Although you can hide the 探花大神 Menu Bar App on a user\u2019s device, we recommend that you leave it enabled. See\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/use-the-jumpcloud-menu-bar-app\">Getting Started: the 探花大神 Menu Bar App<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In some cases, the 探花大神 Menu Bar App can\u2019t be used on a device and should be hidden. One of these cases is when user accounts are managed by Active Directory through AD Integration. These user accounts can\u2019t use the 探花大神 Menu Bar App to reset their passwords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After you create this policy, you can apply it to devices and groups of devices and monitor the status of each device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Considerations<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>To apply a policy&nbsp;to a device, the device must be running on a supported OS. Before you assign a policy, follow the instructions in&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/support.jumpcloud.com\/support\/s\/article\/getting-started-systems1-2019-08-21-10-36-47\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Getting Started: Devices<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To apply a policy to a group of devices, you must define device groups.
