Managed Service Provider (MSP) Admins can see all of the users they manage across all tenant orgs in the Multi-Tenant Portal (MTP), and quickly take action to resolve any issues. You can filter by User State, Organization, or Role to quickly see which users need help and select from options like unlocking accounts, suspending users or forcing a password change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Considerations:<\/strong>
You will only see users from Organizations that you have access to in the MTP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users Tab<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To filter existing Users in the Users tab:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Log in to your MTP: https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the Users<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. An aggregate list of all your users will be displayed. You can search for a specific user in the Search<\/strong> bar at the top of the page. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. You can also click the Filter<\/strong> dropdown menu for additional filtering options like by Organization<\/strong>, User State<\/strong> (Active<\/strong>, Suspended<\/strong>, Staged<\/strong>), or MFA Status<\/strong> (Enrolled<\/strong>, Not Enrolled<\/strong>). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Once you\u2019ve selected which filter you want, click Apply<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. You can also filter your users by using the columns at the top of the page; User State<\/strong>, Username<\/strong>, Name<\/strong>, Email<\/strong>, Alerts<\/strong>, MFA: TOTP<\/strong>, and Organizations<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To add a new User:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. On the Users<\/strong> tab, click the + New<\/strong> button in the top left corner. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select which Organization the new user belongs to, then click Add Users<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The Admin Portal for the selected Organization launches and brings you to the New User Details page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Fill out the information for each tab at the top; Details, User Groups, Devices, and Directories, then click save user<\/strong>. See Add Users to the Admin Portal<\/a> to learn more.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Note:<\/strong> Depending on the state of the user, certain actions might not be available. For example, already locked user accounts can\u2019t be locked again.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      To apply actions to a user:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. In your MTP, click the Users<\/strong> tab. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. An aggregate list of all your users will be displayed. Use the filters to quickly find the users that need to be addressed, then click Actions<\/strong> and select an option. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Once your selection is made, you will be prompted to Confirm<\/strong> or Cancel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
