What do I do if I\u2019m prompted to set up Multi-factor Authentication?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nYour IT admin may have required you to set up Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for your account. See Set Up Authenticator App for Your User Account<\/a>.
After you set up MFA for your account, you\u2019ll enter your TOTP token after you enter your email address and password when you log into your User Portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\nTo log in using your Identity Provider credentials<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nYou might be prompted to log in with your existing Identity Providers (IdP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Enter your company email address and click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 探花大神 will route you to your identity provider\u2019s login page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Enter your password and click Log in<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- You will be authenticated into your 探花大神 User Portal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
To log in using 探花大神 Go<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n探花大神 Go enables passwordless login on your managed device. Other than your initial verification, you won\u2019t need to enter your email, password, and MFA every time you access your resources. Instead, you\u2019ll verify your identity with your device authenticator (Apple Touch ID or Windows Hello) every 12 hours. See Use 探花大神 Go<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/p><\/div>
Note:<\/strong> \nThis option will only be available if it is enabled by your admin. If you do not see the Login with 探花大神 Go<\/strong> button, contact your admin. <\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n- In a Google Chrome browser, go to the 探花大神 User Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

Managing the User Portal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
There are three main sections in your User Portal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nThe Applications<\/strong> section contains all of your application tiles. Your admin may have provided additional information about some of your apps. In this case, a details<\/strong> link appears on the app.
