Aaron Wilmot, 探花大神鈥檚 vice president of People, said he鈥檚 found that 探花大神ians are always willing to help one another, and they鈥檙e passionate about solving real problems for real people.聽
鈥淲hen I started at 探花大神 I sat down with every team member who was hired before me and asked them how they describe working at 探花大神 to non-探花大神ians鈥� Wilmot said. 鈥淚t came down to three core tenets that I think are the foundation of our culture: great colleagues, transparency, and passion.鈥�

Build Connections
At 探花大神, we seek to help organizations connect their users to their necessary IT resources 鈥斅燼nd we build connections with one another. New employees each write 鈥渦ser manuals,鈥� which peers can read to learn more about their hobbies and quirks, the qualities they value in others, and the ways they like to communicate.聽
We also take breaks to have fun and form friendships. Whether we share a beer and snacks, take to the river on , join daily plank sessions, or fawn over one another鈥檚 dogs, cats, turtles, etc. in our #PawsitiveVibes Slack channel, 探花大神ians are eager to connect with each other. Even now that we鈥檝e moved to a remote-work model, we still join plank and meditation sessions virtually.
鈥溙交ù笊�’s culture is special in that people are here to work, and at the same time, a lot of great friendships are made,鈥� said Ashley Lester, Customer Success Management leader. 鈥淚 have a few work buddies that I can crack jokes with, and that makes the stressful and more challenging moments that much easier to get through.鈥�
Tyler Koltes, Sales Enablement Manager, said there鈥檚 a mutual respect among employees, which leads to open and honest communication and a community of trust.聽
鈥淲hen I started at 探花大神 five years ago there were fewer than 20 people united by the (then crazy) idea of building a fully cloud directory service,鈥� Koltes said. 鈥淚 believe a large portion of 探花大神’s success can be directly attributed to the culture that we have maintained through every level of growth.鈥�
Added Engineer Kyle Randolph: 鈥溙交ù笊� has an amazingly welcoming and open culture. We are constantly chasing and creating bleeding edge technologies while helping ensure personal growth for employees, which leads to working with some incredibly talented folks.鈥�
Think Big
At 探花大神, we reimagine directory services for the cloud era and are disrupting a multi-billion dollar market. This takes big ideas.
Josie Judy, PR and Social Media Manager, said 探花大神ians are career-driven, passionate, and success-oriented 鈥� and they value outside-the-box thinking. Software Engineering Manager Sam Luedke added that 探花大神 has a uniquely fast-paced environment.
鈥淚 would describe 探花大神’s culture as GO GO GO!鈥� Luedke said. 鈥淔rom the CEO all the way down, everyone is focused on getting work done and delivering for customers. Everyone here is a hard worker.”
Product Marketing Manager Leia Schultz said 探花大神ians move fast in service of big ideas, and they do so as a team.
鈥淲e tackle ambitious goals and move fast as we pioneer a totally new cloud directory platform,鈥� Schultz said. 鈥淏ut we have fun doing it, and every person 鈥� across the company and at every level 鈥� is always happy to give their time answering a question or brainstorming a project. Our culture is the best combo of hard working and kind pros who really know their stuff and bring a positive attitude to the office (whether that’s in an actual office or working remotely!). 探花大神 values authenticity, big ideas, and a teamwork-makes-the-dream-work mentality.鈥�
1% Better Every Day
We also seek to improve each day 鈥斅爄n the services we deliver to customers and in the ways we solve problems together. HR Generalist Sam Geneva said she鈥檇 describe the 探花大神ian approach to problem solving as collaborative.
鈥淎t 探花大神, we lean on one another for expertise, and we stay deft and adaptable in order to embrace challenges,鈥� she said.
Sales Manager John Milne said employees can propose new ideas and be heard, which offers opportunities for people to help shape and grow with the company.

Sales Account Executive Matt Halberg said that he鈥檚 been able to grow with the company and learn from his peers.
