We are honored to be included in list in 2022, now for the third year in a row. Being recognized is a testament to the incredible team that we have assembled at 探花大神 and the environment that they have created for connection and growth.
In addition to doubling our team in 2021, we have strengthened our culture and held true to the core principles that make 探花大神 a special place: our people, our vision, and our passion for our customers’ success.
As noted above, 2021 was an incredible year for growth for the team. A lot of our time was spent acting on direction provided to us by 探花大神 team members through surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, and with round table discussions with Rajat Bhargava, Co-Founder and CEO. This insight allowed us to focus on three main areas that we feel make the experience at 探花大神 unique:
- Onboarding for new hires and those transitioning to new roles
- Leadership development
- Enhanced learning opportunities for every team member.
This focus has prepared us for continued scale, and the opportunity to make 探花大神 the seminal experience in every 探花大神ian鈥檚 career.
In 2022 we are looking forward to the continued expansion of our team across the globe and to the opportunity to come together in person from time to time so that we can continue to build upon the bonds that we have created from afar over the last two years. As always, we will be listening intently to the team to continue to make 探花大神 an incredible place for growth and welcome in the next generation of 探花大神ians to the journey.
