Symptoms

̽»¨´óÉñ’s SSO connector is not allowing user authentication into Google Workspace.

Resolution

To disable Google Workspace SSO, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the .
2. Select Security.
3. Select Set up Single sign-on (SSO).
4. Disable SSO by clearing the checkbox labeled Set up SSO with a third-party identity provider.
