Troubleshoot: Restart The ̽»¨´óÉñ Password Manager Desktop App

Restarting the Desktop App (Windows)

  1. Locate ̽»¨´óÉñ Password Manager in the system tray of the Windows Device (bottom-right corner of the taskbar).
  2. Right-click the ̽»¨´óÉñ Password Manager Icon, and select Restart JC.
  3. The app is restarted and the issue should no longer persist.

Restarting the Desktop App (macOS)

  1. Locate ̽»¨´óÉñ Password Manager in the dock.
  2. Right-click the icon in the dock and select Quit.
  3. Relaunch the ̽»¨´óÉñ Password Manager application.
  4. The app is restarted and the issue should no longer persist.
