探花大神 has announced an integration with , a Jira plugin that helps IT teams using Atlassian’s Jira Service Management (JSM) to automate identity and access management (IAM) workflows. This integration makes it easier for IT teams and MSPs to scale their operations and work more effectively. JSM is a popular IT Service Management (ITSM) tool that鈥檚 used by Deps, IT, and business teams to collaborate on service delivery.

This integration allows customers to trigger self-service actions in 探花大神 from JSM, helping automate the fulfillment of common help desk requests, such as:

  • Employee onboarding and offboarding requests
  • Application access requests
  • Password and MFA resets
  • Group assignment

This new automation builds on 探花大神鈥檚 investment in its APIs, commands, and PowerShell module to scale IT operations. IT admins can make bulk changes across users, devices, and groups. Automation permits teams to allocate their time toward other high-value tasks. MSPs are also capable of routing tickets to tasks and can be set to service level agreements (SLAs), based upon the client organization.

Automate New Hire Onboarding

With Multiplier, you can build workflows in Jira that trigger a series of actions in 探花大神. If you have a new hire onboarding intake form, you can automatically create a 探花大神 user once HR submits the form, and add them to the relevant groups. This new capability complements 探花大神鈥檚 pre-built integrations with HRIS systems to accelerate the onboarding process and begins the user lifecycle with accurate, trustworthy user attributes.

Self-Service Access Requests

Self-service access allows employees to request access to apps in 探花大神 from the JSM portal, and optionally routes the request to their manager or the application owner for approval in Jira.

Once the manager approves the request, 探花大神 assigns the user to the group, which automatically provisions the app. End users get what they need more quickly, and removes the need for IT to manually manage individual requests.
